Service Description

HOT FEET track club has partner with Temple Made Fitness to offer a premier sports conditioning system to improve overall fitness and athletic performance. Training focuses on building core power, vertical strength, lateral explosion, speed, balance, agility, coordination, and endurance. Pre-testing and post testing through the use of video analysis, each athlete will be individually screen on a series of functional movements and assessments. IMPROVE: Functional Core Movements Conditioning Vertical Explosion Plyometrics Class breakdown: Saturday 8:15 AM • 8 years - 13 years Saturday 9:00 AM • 14 years -18 years
