Training focuses on building core power, vertical strength, lateral explosion, speed, balance, agility, injury prevention, coordination, endurance and much more! PRE - SEASON TRAINING 9/19/2022 to 10/24/2022 Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 PM REGULAR SEASON TRAINING 11/7/2022 to 3/1/2023 DAYS: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday TIMES: 6:00p, 7:00p, 8:00p (MAVS TEAMS included in fees for November) Teams at MAVS KC are: MAVS 816 teams are: 12-1, 12-2, 12-3 12-1 13-1, 13-2, 13-2 13-1, 13-2 14-1, 14-2, 14-3 14-1, 14-2 * sessions must be used in November ~ NATIONALS TRAINING 4/3/2023 to 6/1/2023 TBD Program Details: - Weekly classes - 45 min sessions - Enhance sports performance - Core development & functional movements - Conditioning & agility - Situational footwork drills - Develop focus and concentration - Create healthy social skills - Vertical explosion - Speed & quickness - Plyometrics - Body control movements - Injury prevention movements - Motivation and confidence builders - Mental conditioning - Learn the power of positive self-talk - Time orientation as an athlete - Ages 8 - 18 - Most importantly FUN! Additional Services: We recommend pre- and post-testing with video analysis. Each athlete will be screened and assessed on a series of functional movements. This will help maximize the workouts customized for your athlete.
