ABOUT
TEMPLE MADE FITNESS
Transforming Youth Wellness Through Movement, Literacy & Mindfulness

OUR MISSION IS CLEAR:
To make wellness accessible, inclusive, and joyful for every child.
Especially those who need it most.
Where Our Movement Began
Temple Made Fitness and Temple Made Foundation were born from a deeply personal journey — one shaped by community need, family connection, and the pursuit of equity.
Tony Temple, Founder & Executive Director, grew up witnessing how food deserts, health disparities, and limited wellness resources affected families in his community. During the pandemic, while navigating virtual school with his daughter, a moment of frustration transformed into something beautiful: they wrote a children’s book together. What began as a way to reconnect revealed her artistic talent — and sparked something much bigger.
That simple moment became the foundation for an entire wellness movement. Today, TMF delivers interactive programs, wellness resources, and movement-based literacy tools across schools, churches, and community centers.
From serving 29 summer locations and engaging 2,300 youth to bringing 3,000+ families together at our annual Wellness Day at the Zoo, TMF has grown into a transformative community force.
