TMF PHASE 1

Phase 1 - SELF LOVE

Phase 1 is working with a coach/trainer (TMF Partner) to discover self and health limitations. Clients (TMF Friends) will stretch their body to a new level, moving towards becoming Temple Made Fit.  TMF staff will breakdown mental and physical foundations to help remove barriers.

 

Phase 1 is the process of transitioning to “No Excuses"  - Only Adjustments”. TMF Friends will receive health education that includes best practices for inside and outside of the TMF environment.

 

TMF Friends will be trained to perceive their environments (i.e. home, office, furniture) and body, as fitness tools and equipment.

The end goal of Phase 1 is to gain/regain confidence and inspiration. Confidence will set the tone for Phase 2
