Phase 1 was confidence and Phase 2 is centered around building trust. During the second four-week phase, TMF Partners will work with TMF Friends to explore new potentials and establish new health goals. Progress is measured and assessed to allow for an in-depth, positive impact to personal health and physical education.
At this stage, TMF Friends should be comfortable with daily routines and will be assigned milestone activities to build self-trust. At the end of Phase 2, participants have surpassed the initiation and amateur stage, and is expected to graduate to new environments and foods during Phase 3.
