MAVS Volleyball has partnered with Temple Made Fitness to offer a premier sports conditioning system to improve overall fitness and athletic performance. Training focuses on building core power, vertical strength, lateral explosion, speed, balance, agility, coordination, endurance and much more! LIMITED SPOTS, REGISTER NOW! 1/10/2022 to 5/23/2022 Program Details: - Weekly classes - 45 min sessions - Enhance sports performance - Core development & functional movements - Conditioning & agility - Situational footwork drills - Develop focus and concentration - Create healthy social skills - Vertical explosion - Speed & quickness - Plyometrics - Body control movements - Injury prevention movements - Motivation and confidence builders - Mental conditioning - Learn the power of positive self-talk - Time orientation as an athlete - Ages 8 - 18 - Most importantly FUN! Additional Services: We recommend pre- and post-testing with video analysis. Each athlete will be screened and assessed on a series of functional movements. This will help maximize the workouts customized for your athlete.
